新型板式换热器在GGH烟气加热器中的应用

摘要 某电厂660MW机组管式GGH烟气加热器高温段采用ND钢材质螺旋翅片管,经长期运行后出现翅片管腐蚀问题,导致夏季额定工况下烟囱排烟温度无法达到80℃,烟气侧差压最高达450 Pa(较设计值高出80 Pa),严重影响机组运行效率与经济性。为改善换热效果、降低烟气阻力,在2022年机组检修期间,将高温段设备整体更换为316 L材质新型宽流道自洁板式换热器。本文通过对比改造前后烟气加热器的阻力特性、换热性能等关键运行参数,数据表明改造后600 MW工况下,烟气加热器差压峰值降至约380 Pa,较改造前降低70 Pa;烟囱排烟温度提升至81.4℃,较改造前升高4℃,且设备经长期运行后性能稳定,验证了改造方案的有效性与可靠性。 The high-temperature section of tubular GGH flue gas heater of 660MW unit of a power plant adopts ND steel spiral finned tube,and the finned tube corrosion problem occurs after long-term operation,which results in the chimney flue gas discharge temperature failing to reach 80℃under the rated working condition in summer,and the differential pressure on the flue gas side reaches up to 450Pa(80Pa more than the design value),which seriously affects the unit's operating efficiency and economy.In order to improve the heat exchange effect and reduce the flue gas resistance,during the overhaul of the unit in 2022,the high-temperature section equipment was replaced with a new type of 316L wide-flow self-cleaning plate heat exchanger.By comparing the resistance characteristics,heat transfer performance and other key operating parameters of the flue gas heater before and after the retrofit,the data show that under the 600MWoperating condition after the retrofit,the peak differential pressure of the flue gas heater is reduced to about 380Pa,which is 70Pa lower than that before the retrofit,and the temperature of the stack exhaust flue gas is increased to 81.4℃,which is 4℃higher than that before the retrofit,and the equipment performance is stable after a long period of operation,which verifies the validity and reliability of the retrofit scheme.
