摘要
通过监测、分析某大学中医博士专业学位研究生学位论文质量,发现在质量控制过程中存在现行培养模式下中医博士学位论文研究处境窘迫、选题倾向性偏差导致学位论文未能充分体现中医博士培养特色、学位论文质量监控责任有待加强等问题,提出精准定位人才培养目标、优化中医博士培养体系,重视学位论文选题、提升论文质量起点水平,各工作主体联动、提高论文质量监管责任意识的措施,旨在保障和提升中医博士学位论文质量。
Through monitoring and analyzing the quality of graduation thesis of Chinese medicine doctors at a certain university,we found that there were some problems in the process of quality control,such as the poor situation of doctoral thesis research under the current training mode,the deviation of topic selection leading to the failure of the thesis to fully reflect the characteristics of doctoral training of TCM,and the responsibility and power of thesis quality control to be strengthened.So this paper proposes that we should accurately target talent cultivation goals and optimize the training system for traditional Chinese medicine doctors,attach importance to the topic selection of academic theses and improve the starting level of thesis quality,and all work entities should work together to enhance their awareness of the responsibility for supervising the quality of thesis,to achieve the goal of ensuring and improving the quality of thesis of Chinese medicine doctors.
