摘要
耳廓畸形是整形外科临床工作中的常见问题,分类方法多样,但现有讨论较多的分类方法可能存在一定局限性,未能全面覆盖各种类型的耳廓畸形及提供治疗指导原则。该文对于目前现有的文献报道进行总结并讨论。耳廓畸形的分类应当全面覆盖先天性耳廓畸形和获得性耳廓畸形。基于胚胎学基础的先天性耳廓畸形分类目前报道较多,但主要侧重于为先天性耳廓畸形非手术矫正确立治疗基础,后天获得性耳廓畸形以及需要进行手术治疗的耳廓畸形未包含在内。结合耳廓畸形特点与整形外科技术的分类方法能全面覆盖耳廓畸形的种类,同时对于治疗方法的选择提供指导,可能是一个值得考虑的方向。
Auricular deformity is a common problem in plastic surgery clinical practice and is categorised in a variety of ways.However,the existing classification method may have some limitations and fail to comprehensively cover the various types of auricular deformity and provide treatment guidelines.The purpose of this paper is to provide a summary and discussion of the currently available literature reports.The classification of auricular malformations should provide comprehensive coverage of congenital auricular malformations and acquired auricular malformations.The classification of congenital auricular malformations based on an embryological basis has been reported;however,the primary focus has been on establishing a therapeutic basis for non-surgical correction of congenital auricular malformations.Consequently,acquired auricular malformations,as well as malformations that require surgical treatment,have not been included.The combination of auricular malformations with plastic surgical techniques would provide comprehensive coverage of the types of auricular malformations,while also providing guidance on the choice of treatment.This classification method may be a direction worthy of consideration.
