摘要
《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化的决定》就深化金融体制改革做出部署时两处直接提到“金融资本”,为推动中国式现代化条件下的金融资本发展锚定了方向。中国式现代化进程中金融资本发展承继马克思主义金融资本理论的思想源泉,在反思审视西方金融资本发展动向的基础上,凝聚了中国运用和发展金融资本的实践智慧。中国式现代化进程中金融资本发展的核心要义体现为人民性、质效性和均衡性。金融资本要在全面推进中国式现代化进程中发挥积极作用,就要坚持党对金融工作的全面统一领导、优化国有金融资本管理体制、构建产业资本和金融资本的“防火墙”。
Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively and Advancing Chinese Modernization mentions"financial capital"twice in its directives on deepening reform of the financial system,thereby setting the course for the development of financial capital under the conditions of Chinese modernization.The development of financial capital in this process draws ideological inspiration from Marxist theories of financial capital,while also critically reflecting on the trajectories of western financial capital and distilling practical wisdom from China's own experience in using and developing financial capital.The core principles of financial capital development in the Chinese modernization process are defined by a focus on people-centeredness,quality and efficiency,and balanced development.Guided by these principles,it is essential to uphold the Party's unified leadership over financial work,improve the management system for state-owned financial capital,and build a"firewall"(防火墙)between industrial capital and financial capital.
