鸿博第的异响——杨令茀生平考述及小说《瓦解银行》初探

摘要 通过系统爬梳《水远山长集》、报刊史料及家族文献,对近代才女杨令茀(1887—1978)的生平展开实证考辨,可确立其带有“鸿博第”官商望族背景的双重基因。在此背景下,解读杨令茀于1913年前后创作的文言小说《瓦解银行》,可知小说以金融诈骗题材解剖权贵资本共谋,这一专业书写根植于其家族实业网络;而杨令茀对《红楼梦》“立意庸常”的贬斥,与其“素崇礼教”家训形成互文,进而将小说重构为士人的载道工具,借社会经济批判践行“不作闺音”的文学自觉。《瓦解银行》以商界叙事突破同时期常见的性别议题,重构了对近代女性文学复杂性的理解。 Through a systematic examination of Shui Yuan Shan Chang Ji(《水远山长集》),historical newspapers and periodicals,and family archives,this study offers an empirical biographical investigation of the modern-era talented woman Yang Lingfu(1887-1978),establishing her dual legacy as both an elite bureaucratic and mercantile descendant of the Hongbodi family.Within this context,the paper interprets Yang Lingfu's classical Chinese novel The Collapse of a Bank(《瓦解银行》),written around 1913.The novel,centered on a financial fraud scandal,dissected the collusion between powerful elites and capital interests-an angle deeply rooted in her family's industrial and commercial networks.Her critical stance toward Dream of the Red Chamber(《红楼梦》)as being"mediocre in conception"resonated with her family's Confucian moral tradition,forming an intertextual relationship that repositioned the novel as a Confucian vehicle for moral instruction.Through its critique of social and economic injustices,the novel demonstrated a conscious departure from the"feminine tone",signaling a literary self-awareness.The Collapse of a Bank broke from the genderfocused narratives common to the period by embedding its critique within the commercial world,thus offering a reconfiguration of the complexity of modern women's literature.
