摘要
在全面测算2000—2021年吉林省农业碳排放、碳吸收量及排放强度的基础上,采用碳排放公平性评价模型和LMDI分解模型,分析了吉林省各地区碳排放的时空演化特征、公平性及影响因素。结果表明:(1)吉林省农业碳排放总量呈波动上升趋势,经历了“快速上升—缓慢上升—缓慢下降”3个阶段,农用物资投入和农地利用是农业碳排放主要来源;(2)农业碳排放生态承载指数呈现中部和偏西部地区高、东部和西部地区低的分布特征,经济效率指数呈现中部和中东部地区高、东部和西部地区低的分布特征;(3)农业碳排放效应区域差异明显,农业经济效率、农业产业结构、土地承载能力和化肥利用效率是碳排放抑制因素;地区经济发展、逆城镇化和化肥使用量是碳排放促进因素。最后,从提升资源利用水平、提高畜禽饲养水平、优化产业结构、提升农业效率等方面提出优化建议。
Based on a comprehensive calculation of agricultural carbon emissions,carbon absorption,and emission intensity in Jilin Province from 2000 to 2021,this paper used the carbon emission equity evaluation model and LMDI decomposition model to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics,equity,and influencing factors of carbon emissions in various regions of Jilin Province.The results showed that:①The total agricultural carbon emission in Jilin Province showed a fluctuating upward trend,and experienced three stages of"rapid rise,slow rise and slow decline".The ways of input of agricultural materials and cultivated land utilization were the main sources of agricultural carbon emission.②The spatial characteristics of eco-carrying capacity were higher in the central and western regions,and lower in the eastern and western regions.The spatial characteristics of economic efficiency index were higher in central and eastern regions,and lower in eastern and western regions.③There were obvious regional differences in the effect of agricultural carbon emissions.Agricultural economic efficiency,agricultural industrial structure,land carrying capacity and fertilizer utilization level being the factors that suppress carbon emissions.Regional economic development,counter urbanization,and fertilizer use were factors that promoted carbon emissions.Finally,this paper put forward measures from the aspects of improving resource utilization level,improving livestock and poultry raising level,optimizing industrial structure and improving agricultural efficiency.
