摘要
江苏省某医院原有污水处理设施处理能力不足,为满足最新环保要求,对污水处理系统进行提升改造。经二级处理工艺及消毒工艺比选后,此次改造工程采用预处理﹢生物接触氧化﹢次氯酸钠消毒的组合工艺进行处理,设计污水处理能力1800 m^(3)/d。根据投入使用后的检测数据:化学需氧量(COD)120 mg/L,生化需氧量(BOD 5)65 mg/L,悬浮物(SS)36 mg/L,氨氮35 mg/L,pH7.95,粪大肠菌群数<20 MPN/L,总余氯6.56 mg/L,石油类0.13 mg/L,该工艺水质提升效果明显,可为同类医院污水处理工程的设计改造提供参考。
The original sewage treatment facilities of the hospital in Jiangsu Province had insufficient treatment capacity,so the sewage treatment system was upgraded to meet the latest environmental requirements.After the secondary treatment process and disinfection process comparison,the remodeling project adopted a combination of pretreatment+biological contact oxidation+sodium hypochlorite disinfection process for treatment,the design capacity of sewage treatment 1800 m^(3)/d.According to the test data after the completion of construction,chemical oxygen demand(COD)is 120 mg/L,biochemical oxygen demand(BOD 5)65 mg/L,suspended substances(SS)36 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen 35 mg/L,pH 7.95,fecal coliform count<20 MPN/L,total residual chlorine 6.56 mg/L,petroleum 0.13 mg/L.The water quality is improved significantly after the upgrading,providing a reference for the design of similar hospital wastewater treatment project upgrading.
