N235从含微量钨的钼酸铵溶液中萃取钼的工艺研究

摘要 研究了一种利用N235从含微量钨的稀钼酸铵溶液中萃取富集钼的简单有效的方法,利用N235作为萃取剂,考察了N235浓度、萃取原液pH值、萃取反应时间、萃取温度、萃取相比O/A、萃取级数对钼萃取率和分相时间的影响,反萃相比O/A、反萃剂浓度对钼反萃率和反萃液钼含量的影响,酸萃有机相萃取—洗涤—反萃—再生循环次数对有机相运行稳定性及钨、钠、氟等杂质指标情况的影响。结果表明:10%N235+20%异辛醇+70%磺化煤油作为萃取有机相,使用2 mol/L H 2 SO 4酸化至pH<2,在萃取原液pH值2.0~3.0、萃取反应时间3 min、萃取温度40℃、萃取相比O/A为1/1、逆流萃取级数4级、反萃相比O/A为7/1,反萃剂氨水浓度3 mol/L的最优条件下,钼萃取率>99.5%,萃取分相时间2 min,萃余液中钼含量<0.2 g/L已达到直接进入废水处理工段的标准,钼反萃率>97.5%,反萃液中钼含量>260 g/L,钼富集倍数接近7倍。有机相萃取—洗涤—反萃—再生循环20次实验运行稳定性良好,实验得到的反萃液中钨含量<0.5 g/L,钠含量<0.01 g/L,氟含量<0.030 g/L,无需额外添加药剂除杂就能解决MSA产品钠、氟含量易超标的问题。相较于目前工业生产中采用的蒸发浓缩和离子交换方法,N235萃取能耗更小、流程相对简单,更能满足生产需求。 In order to study a simple and effective systematic method for extracting and concentrating molybdenum from dilute ammonium molybdate solution containing trace tungsten by N235,the effects of N235 concentration,pH value of extraction solution,extraction reaction time,extraction temperature,extraction relative O/A and extraction stage on molybdenum extraction rate and phase separation time were investigated by using N235 as extractant.The influence of O/A and the concentration of stripping agent on the molybdenum stripping rate and the molybdenum content of stripping solution,and the influence of the number of extraction-washing-stripping-recycling cycles of acid extracting organic phase on the stability of organic phase operation and the impurity indexes of tungsten,sodium,fluorine and so on.The results show that:10%N235+20%isooctanol+70%sulfonated kerosene was used as the organic phase of extraction,acidified with 2 mol/L H 2 SO 4 to pH<2.At the pH value of the extracted liquid 2.0~3.0,the extraction reaction time was 3 min,the extraction temperature was 40℃,the extraction ratio O/A was 1/1,the extraction stage was 4,and the extraction ratio O/A was 7/1.Under the optimal extraction conditions of 3 mol/L ammonia concentration,the molybdenum extraction rate was>99.5%,the phase separation time was 2 min,and the molybdenum content in the raffinate was<0.2 g/L,which reached the standard of directly entering the wastewater treatment section.The molybdenum extraction rate was>97.5%,the molybdenum content in the raffinate was>260 g/L,and the molybdenum enrichment ratio was nearly 7 times.The 20-time cycle of organic phase extraction-washing-stripping-recycling has good stability,the tungsten content in the reverse extract obtained by the experiment is<0.5 g/L,sodium content<0.01 g/L,and the fluorine content is<0.030 g/L,which can solve the problem that the sodium and fluorine content of MSA products is easy to exceed the standard without adding additional chemicals to remove impurities.Compared with the current methods of evaporation concentration and ion exchange in industrial production,N235 extraction consumes less energy,the process is relatively simple,and can better meet the production needs.
