浅孔微楔形掏槽爆破在大断面硬岩中的应用

摘要 东风分矿在大规格巷道掘进中面临硬岩条件下循环进尺小、顶帮爆破效果差等问题,严重影响了施工质量、安全性和进度。通过优化炮孔布置,采用浅孔微楔形掏槽爆破技术,显著改善了爆破效果,循环进尺由平均2.55 m提高至2.70 m,炮孔利用率由89.5%提高至94.7%。研究表明:这种改进措施提高了施工效率、改善了巷道成型质量,并有效控制了爆破振动。通过详细的现场实验和数据分析,验证了该技术的可行性和应用价值。 Dongfeng Mining faces problems such as small cyclic footage and poor top blasting effect under hard rock conditions during large-scale tunnel excavation,which seriously affects the construction quality,safety,and progress.By optimizing the arrangement of blast holes and adopting shallow hole micro wedge excavation blasting technology,the blasting effect has been significantly improved.The average footage has increased from 2.55 m to 2.70 m,and the utilization rate of blast holes has increased from 89.5%to 94.7%.Research has shown that this improvement measure has increased construction efficiency,improved the quality of tunnel formation,and effectively controlled blasting vibration.The feasibility and application value of this technology have been verified through detailed on-site experiments and data analysis.
