摘要
在数字化转型背景下,企业档案资源开发面临基础建设滞后、价值转化断层与服务创新不足的系统性困境。本文以中铁大桥局集团有限公司档案管理实践为研究对象,构建“基础建设—资源开发—服务创新”三维协同理论框架,系统阐释企业档案资源全流程开发的内在机理,为企业档案资源的开发和利用提供实践指导。
Under the background of digital transformation,the development of enterprise archive resources is faced with the systematic dilemma of lagging infrastructure construction,fault of value transformation and insufficient service innovation.Taking the Archives management practice of China Railway Bridge Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,this paper constructs a three-dimensional collaborative theoretical framework of'Infrastructure construction-resource development-service innovation',systematically explains the internal mechanism of the whole process development of enterprise Archives resources,and provides practical guidance for the development and utilization of enterprise Archives resources.
