摘要
随着数字经济成为全球经济增长的新引擎,档案数据作为关键生产要素的价值日益凸显。本文分析了档案数据要素化组织及其价值,驱动着国有企业档案治理模式的变革。根据现有档案治理模式存在的问题,提出了以数据要素化组织和价值化驱动为核心的治理模式。并对升级数据要素化管理理念、健全数据要素管理制度体系、加强档案数据要素资源建设、强化档案数据技术保障等实践路径进行探讨,为企业档案数据治理模式变革和实践提供了理论指导和实践参考。
With the digital economy becoming a new engine of global economic growth,the value of archival data as a key production factor is increasingly prominent.This article analyzes the organization and value of archival data elements,driving the transformation of state-owned enterprise archival governance models.Based on the difficulties in existing archive governance models,a governance model with data elementization organization and value driven as the core has been proposed.And explore practical paths such as upgrading the concept of data element management,improving the system of data element management,strengthening the construction of archive data element resources,and enhancing archive data technology support,providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for the transformation and practice of enterprise arc hive data governance mode.
