成达万高铁万遂段桥梁设计与技术创新 被引量:1

Design and Technological Innovation on Wanzhou-Suining Section of Chengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway Bridges

摘要 成都—达州—万州高速铁路是“八纵八横”高速铁路网之沿江通道的重要组成部分,设计时速350 km,采用双块式无砟轨道,沿线地形、水文条件复杂,环保要求高,跨越铁路、公路、通航河流、水库和深谷,导致特殊桥梁结构众多,需对其进行深入研究。南充嘉陵江特大桥主桥采用(141+328+141) m混合梁矮塔斜拉桥,塔墩梁固结体系,边跨不设辅助墩;遂宁涪江特大桥主桥采用(64+73+305+73+64) m混合梁斜拉桥,半漂浮体系,中跨为钢-混结合梁,钢箱梁中腹板采用空腹桁式结构代替实腹钢板结构,可节省钢材及简化施工工艺;常用跨度简支箱梁采用新型U形钢防落梁装置,提高了桥梁的整体安全性能;全线采用BIM协同设计,可进行三维可视化核查,辅助优化设计。 Chengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway is an important part of the Yangtze River corridor of the“eight north-south lines and eight east-west lines”high-speed railway network,the design speed is 350 km/h and the double-block ballastless track is adopted for the railway track.The complex topography and hydrology along the railway line,combined with high environmental protection requirements and the necessity of crossing numerous railways,highways,riverways,reservoirs and ravines,have resulted in many special and complex bridge structures,which require in-depth research and analysis.The main bridge of Nanchong Jialingjiang Super Major Bridge adopts(141+328+141)m hybrid girder extradosed cable-stayed bridge,with rigid frame system and no assistant piers in the side spans.The main bridge of Suining Fujiang Super Major Bridge adopts(64+73+305+73+64)m hybrid beam cable-stayed bridge with a semi-floating system.The middle span is a steel-concrete composite girder and the middle web plate of the steel box girder adopts a hollow truss structure instead of a solid steel plate structure,saving steel and simplifying the construction process.A new type of U-shaped steel anti-falling beam device is utilized to enhance the overall safety of the simply-supported box beam bridge.BIM collaborative design is adopted for three-dimensional visual verification and to assist in optimizing the design.
