摘要
为解决铁路勘察长大线性工程项目中一系列传统难题,如现场勘察作业过程监管复杂性、纸质化办公模式低效性、业务处理滞后性、信息真实性,以及责任划分不明确等,研发一种铁路云智能勘察系统。本系统以B/S架构为核心,深度融合WebGIS与WebGL技术的前沿优势,严格遵循国家现行的相关标准与规范,旨在全面革新勘察作业流程。系统可并实现多项核心功能,包括但不限于多工点项目多标段的高效管理,提高项目整体沟通协调效率;勘察数据的实时精准定位、即时采集与云端上传,确保原始数据的真实可靠;针对偏远地区的特殊情况,提供APP离线采集功能,极大地拓宽数据收集的范围与灵活性;同时,内置的勘察外业关键环节审批审核机制,确保每一步操作的合规性与数据的可追溯性,所有操作均在系统中留痕备份,为责任划分提供清晰明了的依据。
In order to solve a series of traditional problems in the railway survey project,such as the complexity of the supervision of the field survey process,the inefficiency of the paper office mode,the lag of business processing,the authenticity of information,and the unclear responsibility division,has been successfully developed the railway cloud intelligent survey system.The system takes B/S architecture as the core,deeply integrates the cutting-edge advantages of WebGIS and WebGL technology,and strictly follows the current relevant national standards and norms,aiming to comprehensively innovate the survey operation process.The system has carefully designed and implemented several core functions,including but not limited to the efficient management of multiple bid sections of multi-site projects,which help improve the overall communication and coordination efficiency of the project.Functions such as real-time accurate positioning,real-time collection and cloud-based acquisition of survey data are developed to ensure the authenticity of the original data.For the special situation in the remote areas,the APP offline acquisition function is developed which greatly broaden the scope and flexibility of data collection.Built-in examination and approval mechanism for key links in survey field is adopted to ensure the compliance and data traceability of each step,and ensure all operations left mark in the system,which provide a clear basis for the division of responsibility.
