摘要
在地铁工程中,一般采用竖井定向测量将地面平面控制网的坐标、方位传递至地下,洞内再采用支导线进一步传递,从而指导隧道掘进及贯通。对于中长隧道(500~3000 m),其精度及稳定性尚有不足,有必要采用新技术进一步提高其测量精度。先研究两井定向技术原理,之后提出大两井定向测量方法,通过增加平差条件对洞内平面控制网进行约束、修正;洞内平面控制网采用双导线并在合适处进行陀螺定向测量,从而校核导线的方位角精度。以武汉地铁11号线三期复兴路站—武昌火车站盾构区间为例,采用大两井定向测量后,区间竖井处的平面坐标精度可以修正至20 mm左右,洞内最后一条导线边的方位角精度可以修正至10″以上,精度明显优于常规两井定向。研究结果表明,对于中长隧道大两井定向结合陀螺定向测量技术可提高洞内控制测量精度,确保隧道准确贯通。
In the subway project,the directional measurement of the shaft is generally used to transmit the coordinates and orientation of the ground plane control network to the underground,and then the branch conductor is used in the tunnel to further transmit,so as to guide the tunnel excavation and breakthrough.For medium-and long-term tunnels(more than 500 m to 3000 m long),the accuracy and stability may be insufficient,and it is necessary to adopt new technologies and methods to further improve them.Firstly,the technical principle of directional measurement was analyzed for two wells,and then the directional measurement technology was proposed for large two wells,which constrained and corrected the plane control network inside the tunnel by adding adjustment conditions.The horizontal control network inside the tunnel adopted double conductors and conducts gyroscope orientation measurement at appropriate locations to verify the azimuth accuracy of the conductors.Taking the shield section of Fuxing Road Station—Wuchang Railway Station of Wuhan Metro Line 11 Phase III as an example,the plane coordinates of the vertical shaft of the interval were corrected by about 20 mm after the orientation measurement of the large two wells,and the azimuth angle of the last wire side in the hole were corrected by more than 10″,and the accuracy was significantly better than that of the conventional two-well orientation.The results show that,the combination of gyroscope directional measurement technology for the orientation of large two wells in medium and long tunnels can improve the accuracy of control measurements inside the tunnel and ensure accurate tunnel penetration.
