摘要
近年来满江红(Azolla imbrichta Nakai)由于其生长快、固氮能力强的特点引起广泛重视,对它的生物学特性进行了多方面的研究。注意的焦点是满江红及其体内的满江红鱼腥藻之间的共生机理。本文报道我们分离二者的方法并进行纯培养的结果。
Shoot tips of Aeolia were excised and inoculated into sterilized Nickell’s liquid medium with nitrate.Algae and bacteria-free fronds of Azolla have been obtained and subcultured successfully.Anabaena azollae pipetted from the leaf cavity of axenie Azolla by micromanipulator to a nitrogen-free medium and grow normally.They have been proved to be free from bacteria by scanning electromicroscopie examination and cultivation in a bacterium culture medium.
