摘要
尾核在针刺镇痛中起重要作用,尾核中的许多递质如多巴胺、5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素等的作用与环磷酸腺甙(以下简称cAMP)密切相关。因而观察和分析针刺前后尾核内cAMP的变化,可以反映尾核在针刺过程中递质的一些动态变化。
The experiments were devided in two parts.1.Eight rabbits were under electro-acuptmcture and caudate nucleus push-pull perfusion.Experiments show that cAMP level in caudate perfusate decreased simultaneously with the elevation of pain threshold when the acupuncture was being continued.The percentage of decreasing cAMP level at 20 and 30 min after electro-acupuncture were 61.7%and 62%respectively,which differed significantly from that in the control goroup.2.Acupuncture analgesia was partially reversed and decrease of cAMP level in caudate perfusate was completely reversed by naloxone 0.4 mg/kg injected intravenously in all the 6 rabbits.In the control group of naloxore no significant changes was observed either in pain threshold or cAMP level of caudate perfusate.The present results suggest that the analgesic effect of acupuncture is related to the decrease of cAMP level in caudate perfusate and such actions are related to endorphine.
