摘要
近年来在分析化学中广泛使用多元络合物,特别是有色的多元络合物,它的优越性在于提高反应的灵敏度及在某些情况下提高反应的选择性;从已有的资料看,三元络合物研究得较多,对三元以上的多元络合物研究仍较少;在三元络合物中,一般来说,混合配位体络合物(混配络合物)的选择性较好,而胶束增溶络合物(胶溶络合物)的灵敏度较高,这在稀土多元络合物中也表现出来。
The colour reactions of 4 component complexes of rare-earth metals and yttrium with eriochrome cyanine R-1.10-phenanthroline and cetyltrimcthyl ammonium bromide have been investigated by the spectrophotometric method.The absorption maximum of green complexes of Pr-Lu(Y),formed at pH≥9.35,is at 613-614 nm(molar absorptivities,1.02×10^(5)-1.33×10^(5)liters mole^(-1)cm^(-1)respectively),and there is no colour reaction from lanthanium(Ⅲ)and cerium(Ⅲ)under the same conditions.The effects produced by the reagents at different concentrations and the interference from various ions are reported.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-15μg of Y(Pr-Lu)/25 ml.Satisfactory results have been obtained by the application of the proposed method in the determination of small amounts of yttrium contained in lanthanium oxide.
