摘要
淋巴细胞的细胞毒作用是指肿瘤患者的淋巴细胞在体外对肿瘤靶细胞的杀伤作用,这种现象不论在动物实验肿瘤系统中或在人体肿瘤中已被很多学者证实。鉴于食管癌在我国某些地区的发病率很高,但食管癌患者在体外的细胞毒性测定,以及在体内是否产生免疫反应等,在国内外尚未见任何报道,故作如下实验。
Esophageal cancer patients were examined for their lymphocyte-mediated cytotoxicity against the established esophageal cancer-cell line in vitro.Among the patients examined,45% of them gave positive results.When using the osteosarcoma-cell line as target,the positive rate of sarcoma patients was higher(62%).In esophagealcancer patients,the in vitro cytotoxie reactivity of lymphocytes correlates well with the delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction against autologous tumor extract.
