摘要
流感病毒小白鼠实验模型对于鉴定流感疫苗效价及筛选有效的防治流感的化学药物及中草药等具有重要意义。但是目前国际上除了甲_(0)和甲_(1)型病毒外,对甲_(2)和甲_(3)型还未见用普通瑞士小白鼠感染而获得能在鼠肺繁殖、有血凝反应并能使小白鼠致死的实验报告。
An egg-adapted As strain of influenza virus together with DEAE-D was inoculated in-tranasally into 3-4 weeks old Swiss mice and they were stimulated again with the same reagent.The infected lungs were harvested and serial passages in mouse’s lungs were carried on with the aid of DEAE-D.The virus in infected lungs showed HA activity at the 3th passage,and the HA titre reached a steady level from the 6th passage upwards.A development of lethal effect of the virus in mice was also observed.At the 9th passage,it showed a LD_(50)titre of 5.0 and increased to 6.3 at the 11th passage.Application of this method for evaluating the protection index of A_(s) influenza vaccines gave satisfactory results and the use of this method in the selection of effective drugs for the chemotharapy of Ainfluenza infected was discussed.
