摘要
细胞中的线粒体经常进行可逆的膨胀与收缩,Lehninger曾指出线粒体收缩与肌肉收缩有相似之处.Ohnishi曾在鼠肝线粒体中分离到一种类似骨骼肌中的肌动蛋白的蛋白质,但迄今为止,尚未确切证明线粒体中收缩蛋白的存在.
