摘要
布鲁氏菌病(Brucellosis,以下简称“布病”)是全球性的人兽共患传染病。目前,亚洲、非洲、美洲以及地中海沿岸等部分国家和地区仍有布病流行。1990年至今的流调监测结果显示,印度、巴基斯坦等亚洲国家布病群体阳性率为12.0%~16.2%,东非共同体国家布病群体阳性率为0.2%~43.8%,阿根廷和巴西等美洲国家布病群体阳性率约为12.0%,布病的流行给全球畜牧业生产安全和公共卫生安全带来巨大挑战。全球布病防控面临防控意识薄弱、畜牧业生产方式不合理、区域防控能力不均衡等诸多困难和挑战。本文对当前全球布病流行情况和防控挑战进行综述,并对防控策略提出展望,以期为国家和地区的布病防控工作提供信息支持。
Brucellosis is a globally distributed zoonotic infectious disease.To this day,brucellosis remains endemic in parts of Asia,Africa,the Americas,and the Mediterranean region.Epidemiological surveillance data since 1990 reveal that the herd-level positivity rate in Asian countries such as India and Pakistan ranges between 12.0%and 16.2%.In East African Community nations,this rate varies from 0.2%to 43.8%,while in American countries like Argentina and Brazil,the positivity rate is approximately 12.0%.The persistence and spread of brucellosis pose significant threats to global livestock production and public health security.Key challenges in brucellosis prevention and control include limited public awareness,unsustainable livestock production practices,and disparities in regional disease prevention and control capacities.This review summarizes the current global epidemiological landscape and major challenges in brucellosis prevention and control,and outlines prospective strategies to provide evidence-based support for national and regional disease management efforts.
