摘要
目的 调查吉林省敦化地区鼠类种群组成。方法 采用夹日法捕鼠。结果 2023年4—9月在吉林省敦化地区3种生境9个调查点共布放鼠夹3 800个,共捕鼠623只,计8属10种。总捕鼠率为16.4%,优势种群为黑线姬鼠(31.8%)、大仓鼠(24.7%)和褐家鼠(24.1%)。在3种生境中,耕地的优势种群为黑线姬鼠和大仓鼠,住区的优势种群为褐家鼠,针阔混交林的优势种群为朝鲜姬鼠;耕地的捕鼠率(24.2%)最高,住区的捕鼠率(16.8%)次之,针阔混交林的捕鼠率(6.8%)最低。7月、8月的捕鼠率较高,4月、5月的捕鼠率最低。结论 敦化地区不同生境、不同月份的鼠种组成和捕鼠率有所不同。本研究为深入开展鼠类种群组成研究和防控提供了依据。
Objective To investigate the species composition of rodents in Dunhua Area,Jilin Province.Methods Rodents were captured by the day trapping method.Results From April to September 2023,a total of 3800 rodent traps were placed in nine sites of three habitats in Dunhua Area,Jilin Province,with a total of 623 rodents caught,belonging to 10 species of 8 genera.The total capture rate was 16.4%.The dominant species were Apodemus agrarius(31.8%),Cricetulust triton(24.7%),and Rattus norvegicus(24.1%).Among the three habitats,A.agrarius and C.triton were the dominant species in farmland,R.norvegicus was the dominant species in residential areas,and A.peninsulae was the dominant species in coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forests.The highest capture rate was found in farmland(24.2%),followed by residential areas(16.8%),and the lowest capture rate was in coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forests(6.8%).The capture rate was higher in July and August,and lower in April and May.Conclusion The species composition and capture rate of rodents varies in different habitats and months in Dunhua Area,Jilin Province.This study provides a basis for further research on the species composition and control of rodents.
