摘要
目的 了解日照市居民蜚蠊防治素养水平及影响因素,为采取下一步干预措施提供依据。方法 采用典型调查法在日照市城区抽样调查400户居民家庭进行问卷调查。计量资料比较采用独立样本t检验和方差分析,P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结果 城市居民蜚蠊防治知识知晓水平仅为2.19分,主要是蜚蠊侵害相关知识知晓率偏低,为1.08分,蜚蠊控制技能知识知晓率为1.11分,仅有33.25%居民认为解决蜚蠊侵害的关键在于以开展环境治理为主的综合防控措施。城市居民蜚蠊防治知识知晓水平的影响因素为职业和文化程度,干部/在职职工、自由职业者比退休人员蜚蠊防治知识知晓率高(F=69.122,P<0.05)。文化程度越高,居民蜚蠊防治知识知晓率越高(F=84.195,P<0.05),文化程度本科及以上、高中/大专的居民蜚蠊防治知识得分高于初中及以下居民。结论 日照市居民蜚蠊防治知识水平和防治能力存在不足,政府应重视对居民蜚蠊防治素养的灌输和引导,开展有针对性的健康教育工作,拓宽蜚蠊防治知识的获取途径,探索多样化的健康教育形式。
Objective To understand the level of cockroach control literacy and influencing factors among residents in Rizhao,so as to provide a basis for taking the next intervention measures.Methods A typical survey method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 400 households sampled in the urban area of Rizhao.The comparison of quantitative data was conducted using independent sample t-test and analysis of variance,with P<0.05 indicating statistically significant differences.Results The scores of the awareness level of cockroach control knowledge among urban residents was only 2.19,mainly due to the low scores of the awareness rate of cockroach invasion related knowledge,which was 1.08.The scores of the awareness rate of cockroach control skills knowledge was 1.11,and only 33.25%of residents believed that the key to solving cockroach invasion lies in comprehensive control measures mainly based on environmental management.The influencing factors of urban residents′awareness of cockroach control knowledge were occupation and educational level.Cadres/employees and freelancers had a higher awareness of cockroach control knowledge than retirees(F=69.122,P<0.05).The higher the level of education,the higher the awareness rate of cockroach control knowledge among residents(F=84.195,P<0.05).Residents with a bachelor’s degree or above,high school/college education had higher scores in cockroach control knowledge than those with junior high school or below.Conclusion There is a lack of knowledge and ability in cockroach control among residents in Rizhao.The government should pay attention to instilling and guiding residents′cockroach control literacy,carry out targeted health education work,broaden the channels for obtaining cockroach control knowledge,and explore diversified forms of health education.
