2021—2023年滨州市蚊类种群密度和群落结构分析

Analysis of mosquito population density and communitystructure in Binzhou from 2021 to 2023

摘要 目的 阐明滨州市蚊类群落结构特征及其环境分异规律,为蚊媒疾病的精准防控提供参考依据。方法 2021—2023年用灯诱法在滨州市7个县区的居民区、公园(含街心公园)、医院、农户、牛棚、猪圈和养殖场(鸡)对成蚊进行生态学监测,采用单因素方差分析和Kruskal-Wallis H检验对不同生境及不同年份的平均蚊密度进行差异分析。结果 共监测到蚊类4属5种,以淡色库蚊为优势种群,2021—2023年淡色库蚊的平均蚊密度分别是10.47、9.37和8.87只/灯;不同年份平均蚊密度差异无统计学意义;不同生境的平均蚊密度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),牛棚和养殖场(鸡)平均蚊密度较高,分别为21.74和21.55只/灯;蚊密度呈现明显季节性分布,密度高峰期为6—9月;物种水平上,博兴县呈现出显著的高生物多样性特征,应作为蚊虫防控的重点区域。结论 2021—2023年滨州市的蚊密度仍处于较高水平,需密切关注蚊媒密度变化情况,制定综合防控对策。 Objective To clarify the characteristics of mosquito community structure and environmental heterogeneity in Binzhou,so as to provide basis for precision control of mosquito-borne diseases.Methods From 2021 to 2023,ecological monitoring of adult mosquitoes was conducted in urban residential areas,parks(including neighborhood parks),hospitals,farmers′households,cattle sheds,pigsties,and breeding farms in seven counties(districts)of Binzhou using light trap methods.One-way ANOVA and the Kruskal-Wallis H test were employed to analyze differences in average mosquito density among different habitats and different years.Results A total of 4 genera and 5 species of mosquitoes were collected,and Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species.From 2021 to 2023,the average mosquito densities of Cx.pipiens pallens were 10.47,9.37,and 8.87 mosquitoes per lamp,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in the average density of mosquitoes between different years.There was a statistically significant difference in average mosquito density between different habitats(P<0.05).The higher average mosquito densities were found in cattle sheds and breeding farms,which were 21.74 and 21.55 mosquitoes per lamp,respectively.The mosquito density showed obvious seasonal distribution,and the peak occurred from June to September.At the species level,Boxing presented significantly high biodiversity characteristics and should to be a key area for mosquito control.Conclusion From 2021 to 2023,the mosquito density in Binzhou was still at a high level.It is necessary to pay close attention to the change of mosquito vector density,and to formulate comprehensive control strategies.
