2022—2024年咸宁市蝇种调查和生态学监测分析

An investigation and ecological surveillance offly species in Xianning from 2022 to 2024

摘要 目的 了解咸宁市蝇种、密度、分布及季节消长规律,为科学防控蝇类提供依据。方法 蝇种调查采用笼诱法、灯诱法和捕捉法,生态学监测采用笼诱法。结果 2023年咸宁市采集的蝇种经鉴定隶属于5科12属16种。2022—2024年咸宁市平均蝇密度为3.34只/笼,捕获蝇种以麻蝇和厩腐蝇为主,占比73.83%。3年平均蝇密度以居民区蝇密度最高,达到5.00只/笼,餐饮外环境蝇密度最低,为0.83只/笼。蝇密度季节消长呈单峰曲线,密度高峰出现在5—7月。结论 初步掌握了本地蝇种16种,优势种为麻蝇和厩腐蝇,居民区和农贸市场蝇密度较高,蝇密度高峰期为5—7月。高峰期前蝇类防制重点清理蝇类孳生地,高峰期在治理孳生地的基础上,结合药物杀灭,达到既快速降低成蝇密度,又能长效控制的目的。 Objective To understand the species,density,distribution and seasonal fluctuation of flies in Xianning,so as to provide a scientific basis for fly control.Methods The cage trapping method,lamp trapping method and capture method were used to investigate the fly species.And cage trapping method was adopted for ecological surveillance.Results In 2023,flies collected from Xianning were identified as 16 species in 12 genera,5 families.From 2022 to 2024,the average fly density in Xianning was 3.34 flies per cage.Sarcophagidae and Muscina stabulans were the dominant species,accounting for 73.83%.The 3-year average fly density was the highest in residential area(5.00 flies per cage)and the lowest in outside catering environment(0.83 flies per cage).The seasonal fluctuation of fly density showed a single-peak curve,with high densities occurring from May to July.Conclusion A preliminary understanding of 16 local fly species was obtained.The dominant species were Sarcophagidae and M.stabulans.The fly density in residential areas and farmers′markets were higher,and the peak period was from May to July.Before the peak period,fly control should focus on cleaning up the breeding sites.During the peak period,in addition to managing breeding sites,chemical control measures should be implemented to achieve rapid reduction of fly density and long-term control.
