鼠害物联网智能监测系统在河北省鼠疫自然疫源地的应用

摘要 目的 初步探索鼠害物联网智能监测系统在河北省鼠疫自然疫源地动物鼠疫监测中应用的可行性,为精准防控动物鼠疫提供科学依据。方法 将鼠害物联网智能监测终端布放在河北省鼠疫自然疫源地康保牧场监测点监测区域内,进行实时监测,定期在鼠害信息网智能监测平台进行对比分析,应用Excel 2010软件对2024年4—7月、10—11月常规人工监测的数据进行整理、统计,并与物联网智能监测系统监测结果进行对比分析。结果 鼠害物联网智能监测系统2024年4—11月共监测各类动物2 099只次,隶属于5目9科11属13种,监测系统的准确率为96.47%;其中啮齿动物7种,食肉类动物3种,其他动物3种;长爪沙鼠在宿主动物群落中占比为绝对优势,达乌尔黄鼠次之,除麻雀、蜥蜴和刺猬在监测范围内均出现外,其他动物均分布在不同的监测终端。鼠害物联网智能监测系统与人工监测2种方法对长爪沙鼠、达乌尔黄鼠和子午沙鼠的捕获率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=48.56,P<0.01;χ^(2)=9.73,P<0.01;χ^(2)=37.29,P<0.01),对黑线仓鼠的捕获率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.004 728,P>0.05)。结论 鼠害物联网智能监测方法监测周期长、操作简单,准确率高,可替代繁重的人工捕鼠作业,可用于河北省鼠疫自然疫源地动物鼠疫监测,但其在鼠疫自然疫源地广泛应用有待于进一步加强。 Objective To explore the feasibility of the application of Internet of Things(IoT)intelligent monitoring system for rodent in animal plague monitoring in the natural plague focus of Hebei Province,so as to provide a scientific basis for the accurate prevention and control of animal plague.Methods The intelligent monitoring terminal of the Internet of Things was placed in the monitoring area of the monitoring site of Kangbao pasture,the natural plague focus of Hebei Province,for real-time monitoring,regular comparison and analysis on the intelligent monitoring platform of the rodent information network,and the monitoring data from April to July and October to November 2024 were sorted out and counted by using Excel 2010 software.And the monitoring results of the Internet of Things intelligent monitoring system were compared and analyzed.Results A total of 2099 animals belonging to 5 orders,9 families,11 genera and 13 species were monitored by the IoT intelligent monitoring system from April to November 2024,with an accuracy rate of 96.47%.Among them,there were 7 rodents,3 carnivores and 3 other animals.Meriones unguiculatus was the dominant species of the host animal community,followed by Citellus dauricus.Except sparrows,lizards and hedgehogs,all other animals had a certain distribution area.There was a statistically significant difference in the capture rates of M.unguiculatus,C.dauricus and M.meridianus(χ^(2)=48.56,P<0.01;χ^(2)=9.73,P<0.01;χ^(2)=37.29,P<0.01,respectively),and there was no statistically significant difference in the capture rates of Cricetulus barabensis(χ^(2)=0.004728,P>0.05).Conclusion The IoT intelligent monitoring method for rodent has long monitoring period,simple operation and high accuracy,and can replace the heavy manual rodent trapping operation.It can be used for animal plague monitoring in the natural plague focus of Hebei Province,however,its application technology needs to be further improved.
