德国小蠊对16种植物源化合物的触角电位和行为反应

摘要 目的 研究德国小蠊对16种植物源化合物的行为反应,筛选对德国小蠊具有引诱活性的植物源单体化合物。方法 使用触角电位仪、方箱试验与四臂嗅觉仪测定德国小蠊的触角电位(EAG)和行为反应,使用SPSS 27.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 德国小蠊对16种化合物均有一定的电生理反应,雌、雄成虫对HT-醛2、柠檬醛、HT-酯3和茴香醛均具较高的EAG反应值;不同性别德国小蠊对同种化合物的反应有所差异,雌、雄成虫对HT-醛2的EAG反应值差异有统计学意义,雌性成虫对茴香醛的EAG反应值最高,为113.27%,雄性成虫对芳樟醇的EAG反应值最高,为100.00%。行为测试综合结果表明,HT-醛2对德国小蠊的引诱性最佳,HT-酯3次之。方箱试验和四臂嗅觉仪中HT-醛2引诱率分别为37.50%和32.67%,HT-酯3引诱率分别为16.67%和31.00%。结论 HT-醛2可以作为德国小蠊引诱剂配方的组成成分加以应用。 Objective To investigate the behavioral response of Blattella germanica to 16 plant derived compounds,and screen plant derived monomeric compounds that have attractant activity.Methods The electroantennography(EAG)and behavioral response of B.germanica were measured using an antennal potential meter,square box test,and four-arm olfactometer.SPSS 27.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results B.germanica showed certain electroantennographic responses to 16 compounds.Male and female adults had higher EAG values to HT-aldehyde 2,citral,HT-ester 3,and anisaldehyde.Different genders responded differently to the same compound,with a statistically significant difference in EAG response values to Ht-aldehyde 2 between male and female adults.Female adults had the highest EAG response value to anisaldehyde(113.27%),while male adults had the highest EAG response value to aromatic alcohol(100.00%).The comprehensive results of behavioral tests showed that HT-aldehyde 2 had better attraction to B.germanica,followed by HT-ester 3.The attractiveness of HT-aldehyde 2 in the square box test and the four-arm olfactometer were 37.5%and 32.67%,and the attractiveness of HT-ester 3 were 16.67%and 31.00%,respectively.Conclusion HT-aldehyde 2 can be used as formulations for attractants of B.germanica.
