摘要
以生物废弃核桃壳作为原料,添加具备强吸附能力、高比表面积、高化学稳定性等优点的氧化石墨烯(GO),利用共沉淀法制备新型磁性氧化石墨烯生物炭(Fe_(3)O_(4)-GO-WSC)复合材料。通过FTIR、XRD、SEM、BET、UV-Vis等表征手段对复合材料的组成、表面性质及磁性强度进行系统表征,并探究不同条件下复合材料对水体有机污染物亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附效果。结果表明,将0.02 g Fe_(3)O_(4)-GO-WSC磁性复合材料加入10 mg/L MB溶液,吸附率为90.2%。经5次磁性分离,对MB吸附率为54.7%。复合材料对MB的吸附行为,与准二级动力学模型和Langmuir吸附等温模型有较好相关性,说明该吸附过程偏向于化学吸附,是单分子层吸附。
In this paper,a new magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)-GO-WSC composite material was prepared by co-precipitation method using walnut shell as raw materials,adding graphene oxide(GO),which has strong adsorption capacity,high specific surface area and high chemical stability.The composition,surface properties and magnetic strength of the composites were systematically characterized by FTIR,XRD,SEM,BET and UV-Vis.The adsorption effects of composite materials on organic pollutant methylene blue(MB)were investigated under different conditions.The results showed that when the dosage of Fe_(3)O_(4)-GO-WSC magnetic composite was 0.02 g,and the concentration of MB was 10 mg/L,the best adsorption rate could reach 90.2%.In addition,after 5 magnetic separations,the adsorption rate of MB can still attain 54.7%.The adsorption mechanism was studied,which indicated that the adsorption behavior of the composite materials towards MB had a good correlation with quasi-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir adsorption isotherm model,the adsorption process was based towards chemisorption and was monolayer adsorption.
