摘要
以对甲苯磺酸作为氢键供体,合成一系列低共熔溶剂(DES),以DES为催化剂,催化油酸甲酯化反应。以酯化率为指标,通过单因素实验,筛选出催化效果最好的DES-12。以DES-12为催化剂,通过单因素实验和正交实验,对油酸甲酯化反应条件进行优化,确定最佳反应条件为t=4 h,t=75℃,n(油酸)∶n(甲醇)=1∶7,酯化率为99.12%。对DES-12进行复用实验,结果表明不仅具有优异的催化活性和复用性,还能在补充少量新鲜催化剂的情况下保持高效催化性能。通过对反应产物进行FTIR、HRMS、1H NMR表征,证明催化产物为油酸甲酯。
A series of deep eutectic solvents(DES)were synthesized using p-toluenesulfonic acid as the hydrogen bond donor.These DESs were employed as catalysts for the esterification reaction of oleic acid to produce methyl oleate.Using the esterification rate as the evaluation criterion,the most effective catalyst,DES-12,was identified through single-factor experiments.Subsequently,with DES-12 as the catalyst,the reaction conditions for the esterification of oleic acid were optimized via single-factor experiments and orthogonal tests.The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:reaction time of 4 h,reaction temperature of 75℃,and a molar ratio of oleic acid to methanol of 1∶7,achieving an esterification rate of 99.12%.Reusability experiments on DES-12 demonstrated its excellent catalytic activity and reusability,maintaining high catalytic efficiency even after replenishing with a small amount of fresh catalyst.The reaction product was confirmed to be methyl oleate through FTIR,HRMS,and 1H NMR characterizations.
