中学学生发展指导体系构建中的教师:角色、挑战与解决路径——以首都师范大学附属育新学校为例 被引量:1

摘要 学生发展指导经历了从职业指导向系统性指导的转变,这一过程促使学生发展指导教师队伍从专任教师扩展至全体教师。目前中学在学生发展指导实践过程中面临诸多挑战,包括专任教师数量不足、兼职教师专业素质欠佳、不同类型教师分工不明确以及外部支持不足等问题。育新学校通过系统化的教师培训,明确教师角色分工以及与高校、社区和企业的紧密合作,逐步提升全体教师的指导能力,可构建起以教师为支撑的中学学生发展指导体系,提升学生发展指导质量。 The guidance for student development has evolved from vocational guidance to a more systematic ap-proach,leading to the expansion of the student development guidance team from full-time teachers to the entire teaching staff.However,schools currently face numerous challenges in implementing student development guidance,including a shortage of full-time teachers,insufficient professional quality of part-time teachers,unclear division of labor among differ-ent types of teachers,and lack of external support.Yuxin School has gradually improved the guidance abilities of all teach-ers through systematic teacher training,clear division of teacher roles,and close cooperation with universities,communi-ties,and enterprises.This has led to the construction of a teacher-supported student development guidance system,provid-ing a reference for other schools to enhance the quality of their student development guidance.
