教育强国背景下人工智能赋能教育教学创新:未来图景、实践路径与风险审思 被引量:47

Empowering Education and Teaching Innovation with Artificial Intelligence Under the Background of the Powerful Country in Education:Future Visions,Practical Paths,and Risk Considerations

摘要 人工智能正成为加速推进教育强国建设的关键驱动力,彰显着引领教育教学变革、提升育人质量、推进因材施教以及促进教育公平等方面的新潜质。然而,囿于智能技术尚处于快速发展阶段,人工智能赋能教育教学创新在教育强国建设背景下仍面临创新性模式融合构建、变革性实践纵深探索、价值性定位系统厘清以及系统性路径前瞻规划等挑战。研究基于价值理论,对人工智能赋能教育教学创新的元价值、工具性价值和发展性价值进行了学理阐述。在此基础上,从教育强国建设的长期和近中期视角,描绘了“以教育理念为原点,以终身学习为趋向,以育人生态为框架,以关键场景为坐标”的人工智能赋能教育教学创新未来图景,进而提出立足教育痛难点突破、关注数据赋能学校变革、重视学生终身学习力培养以及加强教师变革性发展的实践路径,并强调以持续迭代为原则探索、拥抱、驾驭和适应人工智能与教育教学的深度融合。最后,围绕智能环境、教师素养、技术依赖和伦理安全等潜在风险提出了相关建议,以期为深化人工智能在教育领域的创新应用,加快推进教育强国建设提供方向指引。 Artificial Intelligence(AI)is a key driving force in accelerating the construction of the powerful country in education,and has become the core force leading educational and teaching reforms,improving the quality of education,promoting individualized education,and facilitating educational equity.However,since intelligent technologies are still in a stage of rapid development,the empowerment of education and teaching innovation by AI under the background of the powerful country in education faces uncertain challenges such as the integrated construction of innovative models,in-depth exploration of transformative practices,systematic clarification of value-based positioning,and forward-looking planning of systematic paths.Based on value theory,this study elaborates on the meta-value,instrumental value and developmental value of AIempowered educational and teaching innovation.On this basis,this study outlines the future vision of AI-empowered educational and teaching innovation from the long-term,medium-and short-term perspectives of construction of the powerful country in education,which is“originated from educational concepts,oriented towards lifelong learning,framed by the educational ecology,and coordinated by key scenarios”.Furthermore,it puts forward practical paths,including focusing on breaking through pain points and difficulties in education,paying attention to data-empowered school transformation,emphasizing the cultivation of students’lifelong learning ability,and strengthening the transformative development of teachers.It emphasizes exploring,embracing,mastering,and adapting to the deep integration of artificial intelligence and education and teaching based on the principle of continuous iteration.Finally,relevant suggestions are formulated around potential risks such as the intelligent environment,teachers’competence,technological dependence and ethical security,with the aim of providing direction for deepening the innovative application of AI in the education field,speeding up the construction of the powerful country in education.
