摘要
目的本研究旨在探讨器官获取组织(organ procurement organization,OPO)在学科化、体系化和专业化发展背景下,专职器官评估、维护与获取团队在公民逝世后器官捐献、评估、维护、获取与修复工作中的实践经验。方法本研究通过对2019年9月1日至2023年8月31日西安交通大学第一附属医院780例捐献者数据的分析,比较了专职团队建立前后捐献者基本信息、手术时间、器官冷缺血等方面的差异。结果结果显示两组捐献者在性别、年龄、血型、体重指数(body mass index,BMI)方面均无显著差异。捐献者原发病、捐献类型、器官获取手术时间、医源性损伤等方面均存在显著差异。结论专职器官获取团队在评估和维护器官功能方面表现更为优异,能够有效缩短器官获取手术时间及器官冷缺血时间,并显著降低器官获取过程中医源性损伤。
Objective This study aims to explore the practical experiences of a dedicated organ evaluation,maintenance,and procurement team within the Organ Procurement Organization(OPO)in the context of disciplinary,systematic,and professional development,focusing on post-mortem organ donation,evaluation,maintenance,procurement,and repair.Methods This study analyzed the data of 780 donors from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from September 1,2019 to August 31,2023,and compared the differences in basic information,surgical time,and organ cold ischemia of donors before and after the establishment of a dedicated team.Results The results indicated no significant differences in gender,age,blood type,or body mass index(BMI)between the two groups of donors.However,significant differences were observed in the primary diseases of donors,types of donation,duration of organ procurement surgery,and iatrogenic injuries.Conclusion The dedicated organ procurement team demonstrated superior performance in evaluating and maintaining organ function,effectively reducing both the duration of organ procurement surgery and organ cold ischemia time,while significantly decreasing iatrogenic injuries during the organ procurement process.
