准零刚度曲梁超材料的结构设计与低频隔振性能研究

摘要 本文提出一种结构简单的曲梁结构,只需调整单个几何参数三维h即可设计出具有正刚度、负刚度及准零刚度特性的曲梁结构。以具有准零刚度特性的曲梁为基础设计出准零刚度超材料单元,同时对单元进行串联实现对准零刚度平台宽度的定制化设计,并通过静力学仿真与实验验证了结构的准零刚度特性。在此基础上,进一步采用动力学仿真对具有不同刚度特性结构的低频隔振性能进行对比分析,参数化研究了激励频率、激励幅值及准零刚度平台宽度对隔振效果的影响。最后通过三维打印技术制备出具有准零刚度特性的机械超材料并进行振动实验研究,验证准零刚度系统的低频隔振效果。结果表明,准零刚度超材料单元具有优异的低频隔振性能,同时可通过单元串联的方式拓宽准零刚度平台,有效隔绝高幅值的低频振动。 In this paper,a simple curved beam structure with positive,negative and quasi-zero stiffness characteristics can be designed by adjusting only a single geometric parameter h.The quasi-zero stiffness metamaterial unit is designed based on the curved beam with quasi-zero stiffness characteristics,and the unit is connected in series to realize the customized design of quasi-zero stiffness platform width,and the quasi-zero stiffness characteristics of the structure are verified by static simulation and experiment.On this basis,the effect of low-frequency vibration isolation of the structure with different stiffness characteristics is compared and analyzed by dynamic simulation,and the effects of excitation frequency,excitation amplitude and quasi-zero stiffness platform width on the vibration isolation effect are parametrically studied.Finally,the quasi-zero stiffness mechanical metamaterial is fabricated by 3D printing technology,and vibration experiments are conducted to verify the low-frequency vibration isolation effect of the quasi-zero stiffness system.The experimental results show that the quasi-zero stiffness metamaterial unit has excellent low-frequency vibration isolation performance,and the quasi-zero stiffness platform can be extended by connecting the unit in series to effectively isolate the high-amplitude low-frequency vibration.
