摘要
行动学习作为一种以团队协作为基础、以解决实际问题为导向的创新学习方式,在干部教育培训中得到了广泛应用,但在实践中也存在“重活动、轻反思,重形式、轻内容,重过程、轻效果”的问题。为此,文章在不断总结经验的基础上,对行动学习的内涵和发展、理论基础、基本特征、独特优势和重点难点问题进行了探讨,以期推动各类机构和师资在数智化时代以开放姿态,重塑教学理念、提升引导能力、优化资源配置等,促使行动学习的质量和效果全面提升的建议。
As an innovative learning approach grounded in teamwork and oriented toward solving real-world problems,action learning has been widely adopted in its adaptation to the Chinese context.However,challenges such as“emphasizing activities over reflection,prioritizing form over substance,and focusing on process over outcomes”persist in practice.Based on continuous practical refi nement,this paper explores the essence,evolution,theoretical foundations,key characteristics,unique advantages,and critical challenges of action learning.It further proposes recommendations for enhancing its quality and eff ectiveness,including fostering an open mindset among institutions and instructors in the digital-intelligent era,redefining pedagogical approaches,improving facilitation skills,and optimizing resource allocation.
