摘要
对近年来国内外激光扫描三维重建技术在特种设备检测中的研究现状进行了梳理与总结,主要分析了激光扫描三维重建技术在压力容器检测、压力管道检测、机电类设备检测及特种设备结构测量4个方面应用中的优点与不足。最后对激光扫描三维重建技术在特种设备各工业场景的深入应用提出了展望。
The laser scanning-based 3D reconstruction technology enjoys wide application in the special equipment detection because of its high efficiency and precision and strong proactivity and it has broad development prospects.In this paper,the research status of laser scanning-based 3D reconstruction technology in special equipment detection at home and abroad was reviewed and summarized,including analyzing both advantages and disadvantages of laser scanning 3D reconstruction technology in pressure vessel detection,pipeline detection,electromechanical equipment detection and special equipment structure measurement.Finally,the in-depth application of laser scanning-based 3D reconstruction technology in various industrial scenes of special equipment was prospected.
