三元复合驱采出水稳定性及过滤反冲洗技术可视化研究进展

摘要 由于三元采出水体系复杂且稳定性强,导致油田现有沉降-过滤工艺达标困难。综述了分子模拟、高速摄像等可视化技术在油田采出水稳定性与过滤反冲洗技术中的应用进展,借助新兴可视化技术,有助于阐明三元采出水体系稳定与脱稳行为,阐明滤床的过滤机制和分离行为,形成复杂采出水高效脱稳新方法和快速成床深度过滤新模式。 The complexity and strong stability of the ASP compound flooding produced water system troubles the existing settlement-filtration technology in reaching the target in the oilfield.In this paper,the application progress of the visualization technologies such as molecular simulation and high-speed camera in the oilfield produced water stability and filtration backwashing technology was reviewed.In addition,with the help of emerging visualization technologies,both stability and destabilization behavior of the ASP compound flooding produced water system was discussed,including the filtration mechanism and separation behavior of the filter bed to produce a new efficient destabilization method for the produced water and a new rapid-deep bed filtration mode.Visualization technology is an important means to help the development of oilfield water treatment technology in the future.
