摘要
探讨对重症患者应用预见性护理程序的临床效果及其对静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thrombosis embolism,VTE)发生的预防作用。选取2024年1—12月西安交通大学第一附属医院收治的78例重症患者为研究对象,根据电脑双盲法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取预见性护理程序,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果显示,观察组患者的VTE发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的下肢周径、下肢血流速度及血流流变学等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的生活质量、心理情绪评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的D二聚体、纤维蛋白原等指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,将预见性护理程序应用于重症患者护理中的效果显著,能够预防VTE发生,有效改善患者血液流变学,值得推广。
To explore the clinical effect of applying predictive nursing procedures to critically ill patients and its preventive effect on venous thrombosis embolism(VTE).A total of 78 critically ill patients admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from January to December 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group by computer double-blind method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing procedures.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the incidence of VTE in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the lower limb circumference,lower limb blood flow velocity,hemorheology and other indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life and psychological emotion scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of D-dimer,fibrinogen and other indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the application of predictive nursing procedures in the nursing of critically ill patients has a significant effect,which can prevent the occurrence of VTE and effectively improve the hemorheology of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
