摘要
耳穴是指耳廓上分布的相关腧穴,是人体各部位在耳上的反应点。中医很早就有诸内必形诸外的特色理论,认为脏腑诸病不仅可反映在耳穴上,亦可通过耳穴来治疗相关疾病。通过发表于中国知网关于胆心综合征的相关耳穴治疗文献,分析相关耳穴使用频率,评估各耳穴疗效差异,旨在通过耳穴治疗,预防和改善胆心综合征患者相关症状,为临床耳穴护理提供选穴参考。
Auricular points refer to the relevant acupoints distributed on the auricle,which are the reaction points of various parts of the body on the ear.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has long had the characteristic theory of“internal conditions being manifested externally,”believing that diseases of the zang-fu organs can not only be reflected in auricular points but also treated through auricular points.The authors collected relevant literatures on auricular point therapy for cholecardiac syndrome published in CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure),analyzed the usage frequency of related auricular points,and evaluated the curative effect differences of each auricular point.The aim is to prevent and improve the related symptoms of cholecardiac syndrome patients through auricular point therapy,and provide acupoint selection references for clinical auricular point nursing.
