摘要
分析在对肾结石患者进行标准经皮肾镜取石术的过程中采用全身麻醉与持续硬膜外麻醉的有效性。选取100例肾结石患者(2022年5月—2023年5月收治)为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为比对组和研究组,每组各50例。比对组实施全身麻醉,研究组实施持续硬膜外麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果显示,研究组MAP低于比对组,HR高于比对组(P<0.05);研究组CVP低于比对组,两组患者的SpO_(2)接近,无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于比对组(P<0.05);研究组麻醉总有效率高于比对组,但组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组手术时间、麻醉时间、住院时间短于比对组,术中失血量少于比对组(P<0.05);研究组总满意率高于比对组(P<0.05)。研究发现,持续硬膜外麻醉在标准经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石中的应用效果确切,能够稳定患者的生命体征,提高患者的麻醉效果以及满意度,改善患者的手术指标,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。
To analyze the efficacy of general anesthesia and continuous epidural anesthesia in standard percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)for kidney stone patients.A total of 100 kidney stone patients admitted from May 2022 to May 2023 were enrolled and divided into a control group and a study group by lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received general anesthesia,while the study group received continuous epidural anesthesia.Anesthetic effects were compared between groups.Results showed that the study group had lower mean arterial pressure(MAP)and higher heart rate(HR)than the control group(P<0.05);central venous pressure(CVP)was lower in the study group,with no significant difference in SpO_(2) between groups(P>0.05).The total complication rate was lower in the study group(P<0.05).Although the total anesthetic efficacy rate was higher in the study group,no statistical significance was found(P>0.05).The study group showed shorter operation time,anesthesia time,and hospital stay,with less intraoperative blood loss than the control group(P<0.05),and a higher total satisfaction rate(P<0.05).Continuous epidural anesthesia in standard PCNL for kidney stones stabilizes vital signs,improves anesthetic efficacy and patient satisfaction,optimizes surgical indicators,and reduces complication rates,warranting clinical promotion.
