摘要
随着社会经济的发展,人民生活水平日益提高,中国居民的饮食习惯逐渐向高热量、高含糖量模式转变,糖尿病的发病率显著增加。糖尿病可伴发一系列并发症,导致患者残疾甚至死亡,如今糖尿病已成为一个亟待解决的健康问题。糖尿病在藏医里被称为“京尼萨库病”,为慢性多发代谢障碍性疾病。藏医药对糖尿病有着独特的防治理论体系与丰富的临床治疗经验,通过PubMed、CNKI等数据库进行检索,对藏医药治疗糖尿病及并发症相关的研究进展进行综述,以期为糖尿病治疗及相关药物的开发提供一定的参考。
With the development of social economy and the increasing improvement of people’s living standards,the dietary habits of Chinese residents have gradually shifted to a high-calorie and high-sugar mode,and the incidence of diabetes has increased significantly.In addition,diabetes can be accompanied by a series of complications,leading to disability and even death of patients.Nowadays,diabetes has become a health problem that needs to be solved urgently.In Tibetan medicine,diabetes is called“Jingni Saku disease”,which is a chronic and frequently occurring metabolic disorder.Tibetan medicine has a unique theoretical system for the prevention and treatment of diseases and rich clinical experience in the treatment of diabetes.The authors retrieved through databases such as PubMed and CNKI,and reviewed the research progress of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of diabetes and its complications,in order to provide some references for the treatment of diabetes and the development of related drugs.
