摘要
探讨双源CT在足部痛风尿酸盐结晶检测中的影像表现。选取2023年1月—2023年12月钦州市第一人民医院收治的76例疑似足部痛风患者为研究对象,均采用西门子128层光子双源CT(SIEMENS SOMATOM Defi nition Flash)进行双能量扫描成像检测,同时患者接受X线和MRI检测。以临床诊断结果为金标准,对比不同影像学检测痛风尿酸盐结晶的灵敏度、特异度。研究结果显示,76例疑似足部痛风患者中,临床确诊足部痛风患者58例,双源CT检测出足部痛风尿酸盐结晶52例,灵敏度为89.66%,特异度为100%且均高于X线和MRI检测(P<0.05)。研究发现,双源CT在足部痛风尿酸盐结晶检测中具有较高的灵敏度、特异度,能为痛风的临床诊断提供重要依据,具有重要的临床应用价值。
This study aims to explore the imaging manifestations of dual-source CT in the detection of urate crystals in foot gout.A total of 76 patients with suspected foot gout admitted to The First People’s Hospital of Qinzhou from January 2023 to December 2023 were enrolled.All patients underwent dual-energy scanning imaging with Siemens 128-slice photon dual-source CT(SIEMENS SOMATOM Definition Flash),and were simultaneously examined by X-ray and MRI.Using clinical diagnosis as the gold standard,the sensitivity and specificity of different imaging methods in detecting gout urate crystals were compared.The results showed that among the 76 suspected foot gout patients,58 were clinically diagnosed with foot gout.Dual-source CT detected urate crystals in 52 cases,with a sensitivity of 89.66%and a specificity of 100%,both higher than those of X-ray and MRI(P<0.05).It is concluded that dual-source CT has high sensitivity and specificity in the detection of urate crystals in foot gout,which can provide important basis for clinical diagnosis of gout and has important clinical application value.
