摘要
探讨人工全膝关节表面置换术在膝关节骨关节病治疗中的价值。选取2022年6月—2025年1月医院收治的300例膝关节骨关节病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各150例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组行人工全膝关节表面置换术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,观察组手术效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组膝关节骨关节病指数低于对照组,日常生活能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组膝关节功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,膝关节骨关节病需要采取人工全膝关节表面置换术治疗,其效果包括改善患者的膝关节功能、提高患者的日常生活能力等,具有推广和应用价值。
To explore the value of total knee arthroplasty(TKA)in the treatment of knee osteoarthropathy.A total of 300 patients with knee osteoarthropathy admitted to the hospital from June 2022 to January 2025 were selected as the research objects and divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received total knee arthroplasty.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the surgical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the knee osteoarthropathy index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the activities of daily living(ADL)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the knee joint function of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that total knee arthroplasty is required for the treatment of knee osteoarthropathy,and its effects include improving the knee joint function of patients and enhancing their daily living ability,which has promotional and application value.
