摘要
探讨中低剂量CT联合血清肿瘤标志物对肺癌高危者的早期诊断价值。选取2023年3月—2025年1月于保山市人民医院医学影像科行低剂量CT、血清肿瘤标志物检查的85例肺癌高危者作为研究对象。所有受试者均完成低剂量CT扫描以及血清肿瘤标志物检查,统计两者诊断结果与临床确诊结果,比较两种方法的诊断效能。结果显示,低剂量CT诊断的敏感度显著低于肿瘤标志物诊断(P<0.05),而两者联合诊断的敏感度显著高于单一诊断(P<0.05);肿瘤标志物诊断与低剂量CT诊断的特异度、准确性比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);联合诊断的特异度、准确性高于单一诊断,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,低剂量CT扫描以及血清肿瘤标志物检查联合诊断肺癌高危者具有较高的敏感度、特异度、准确性,有助于检出早期肺癌,为肺癌高危者筛查提供可靠的参考数据。
To investigate the early diagnostic value of low-and medium-dose CT combined with serum tumor markers in patients at high risk of lung cancer.From March 2023 to January 2025,85 high-risk patients with lung cancer who underwent low-dose CT and serum tumor marker examination in the Department of Medical Imaging of Baoshan People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects.All subjects completed low-dose CT scan and serum tumor marker examination,and the diagnostic results of the two methods were counted and clinically confirmed,and the diagnostic efficacy of the two methods was compared.The results showed that the sensitivity of low-dose CT diagnosis was significantly lower than that of tumor marker diagnosis(P<0.05),while the sensitivity of the combined diagnosis was significantly higher than that of single diagnosis(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the specificity and accuracy between tumor marker diagnosis and low-dose CT diagnosis(P>0.05),and the specificity and accuracy of combined diagnosis were higher than those of single diagnosis,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The study found that the combination of low-dose CT scan and serum tumor marker examination has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in diagnosing high-risk patients of lung cancer,which is helpful for detecting early lung cancer and providing reliable reference data for the screening of high-risk lung cancer.
