摘要
上海市超低能耗建筑在设计和建设过程中,重点关注与聚焦热桥和气密性关键节点处理。基于热桥原理,重点分析了上海市超低能耗居住建筑常见的热桥节点及其处理措施。并调研多个超低能耗居住建筑热桥部位施工过程,总结提炼热桥部位实施过程中的5类常见问题,提出整改建议方案,保障热桥部位断热桥措施的有效实施,确保外围护结构的保温连续性,为后续超低能耗居住项目的热桥部位保温施工提供一定参考。
Shanghai's ultra-low energy buildings focus and concentrate on thermal bridges and airtightness key node treatment during the design and construction process.Based on the principle of thermal bridging,we focus on analysing the common thermal bridge nodes and their treatment measures in Shanghai's ultra-low energy consumption residential buildings.And research several ultra-low energy consumption residential building thermal bridge parts construction process,summarise and refine the implementation of the thermal bridge parts of the process of five types of common problems,put forward the rectification of the proposed programme,to ensure the effective implementation of the thermal bridge parts of the thermal bridge measures,to ensure the continuity of the thermal insulation of the external enclosure structure,for the follow-up of the thermal bridge parts of the thermal bridge of the thermal bridge of the residential project to provide certain reference.
