摘要
通过绿色低碳设计与优化,因地制宜应用被动式技术可有效降低建筑碳排放。为量化分析被动式技术对绿色公共建筑碳排放水平的影响,分析了全国5大气候区的不同星级的绿色公共建筑碳排放水平(39个项目)和被动式技术应用情况(340个项目)。结果表明:不同气候区绿色公共建筑星级越高,总碳排放量越小,其中主要差别为运行阶段的暖通空调系统碳排放;被动式技术相关条文平均得分率与绿色公共建筑星级成正相关,与运行碳排放呈负相关;改善室内自然通风效果、利用可再生能源、强化天然采光可有效降低绿色公共建筑运行碳排放。
Through green and low-carbon design and optimisation,the application of passive technologies in accordance with local conditions can effectively reduce building carbon emissions.In order to quantitatively analyse the impact of passive technologies on the carbon emission level of green public buildings,the carbon emission level of green public buildings with different star ratings(39 projects)and the application of passive technologies(340 projects)in five major climate zones across China were analysed.The results show that:the higher the star rating of green public buildings in different climate zones,the smaller the total carbon emissions,of which the main difference is the carbon emissions of the HVAC system in the operation stage;the average score of the passive technology-related provisions is positively correlated with the star rating of the green public buildings,and negatively correlated with the carbon emissions in operation;the improvement of the indoor natural ventilation effect,the use of renewable energy sources,and the enhancement of natural lighting can effectively reduce the carbon emissions of the operation of the green public buildings;and the application of passive technology can effectively reduce the carbon emissions of the green public buildings.
