摘要
为提高电梯运行质量的检验精度和效率,研发了用于电梯的智能化多功能检测系统。该系统主要将测试系统与嵌入式分析仪进行整合,并设计该系统配套数据分析软件,以实现便捷的一体式电梯多功能检测。试验结果表明,该系统可获取高精度的电梯运行数据,并具备高效的数据传输速率和实时性,可实现测试结果的存储与查询。此外,配备的数据分析软件具有测试数据导入、参数修改及检测报告生成功能。
In order to improve the inspection accuracy and efficiency of elevator operation quality,a multifunctional inspection system for intelligent elevators was developed.The system mainly integrates the test system with the embedded analyzer,and designs the system's supporting data analysis software to achieve convenient integrated elevator multifunctional inspection.The test results show that the system can obtain high-precision elevator operation data,and has efficient data transmission rate and real-time performance,and realizes the storage and query of test results.In addition,the equipped data analysis software has the functions of test data import,parameter modification and test report generation.
