摘要
妇幼医疗空间作为城市医疗公共服务的重要组成部分,是以妇幼为服务对象,为其提供医疗问诊服务的场所。以诺伯格-舒尔茨(Christian Norberg-Schulz)的场所精神理论为基础,结合福州市妇幼保健院新院一期建设工程建筑设计项目,探讨妇幼医疗空间设计中,如何通过地域文化融合、自然要素整合、情感体验营造及功能优化,实现“场所精神”的具象化表达。研究提出“四维设计策略”,进而优化医患流线,考虑妇幼群体的医疗空间需求,融入人文关怀,并通过案例分析验证其有效性,为妇幼医疗空间的人文关怀与疗愈环境构建提供理论支撑与实践参考。
As an important part of urban medical public services,the women and child medical space is a place that serves women and children and provides them with medical consultation services.This article is based on the theory of the Genius Loci of Christian Norberg-Schulz and combined with the architectural design project of the first phase of the new hospital of Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital.This paper explores how to achieve the concrete expression of“place spirit”in the design of maternal and child medical Spaces through the integration of regional culture,the integration of natural elements,the creation of emotional experiences and the optimization of functions.The research proposes the"Four-dimensional Design Strategy",thereby optimizing the flow line between doctors and patients,considering the medical space needs of the maternal and child groups,integrating humanistic care,and verifying its effectiveness through case analysis,providing theoretical support and practical reference for the construction of humanistic care and healing environment in maternal and child medical Spaces.
