摘要
历史文化名城是当地文化传承的瑰宝,应加强对其保护、利用和监督巡查。首先,对三明市现存的历史文化资源进行评估,并对保护过程中存在的问题进行分析。在此基础上,对历史文化名城的保护要求和利用机制进行研究。通过实际应用和论证,对突出的经验做法进行总结和探讨,主要包含完善基础设施和公共服务设施、加强工作组织和日常监管、鼓励引导社会力量、居民参与和保护责任落实等不同方面的做法。研究表明,通过历史文化名城的建设和管理,三明市历史文化名城保护和利用工作取得显著成果。
Historical and cultural cities are treasures of local cultural heritage,and their protection,utilization,supervision and inspection should be strengthened.Firstly,the existing historical and cultural resources in Sanming City are evaluated,and the problems existing in the protection process are analyzed.On this basis,the protection requirements and utilization mechanism of historical and cultural cities are studied.Through practical application and demonstration,this paper summarizes and discusses the outstanding experience and practices,mainly including improving infrastructure and public service facilities,strengthening work organization and daily supervision,encouraging and guiding social forces,residents′participation and implementation of protection responsibilities.The research shows that through the construction and management of famous historical and cultural cities,the protection and utilization of famous historical and cultural cities in Sanming City have achieved remarkable results.
