摘要
探索了预应力高强混凝土管桩(prestressed high strength concrete pile,PHC)施工过程中的关键技术要点和质量控制措施。通过对某大型工业园区工程实践案例研究,采用现场试验和数据分析方法,系统研究了压桩顺序优化、机械设备选型、接桩焊接工艺以及沉桩参数控制等关键技术。研究结果表明:优化后的压桩顺序使群桩区域地表最大隆起量降低28%,周边建筑物沉降量减少35%;桩基垂直度控制精度提高15%,实测单桩承载力平均值达3150 kN,超过设计要求值12.5%。研究证实,通过合理控制打桩锤击次数和沉桩速率,并严格把控施工工艺参数和质量检测标准,能有效提高桩基承载力,减少桩身破损率,显著提升工程施工质量和安全性能。
This paper aims to explore the key technical points and quality control measures in the construction process of prestressed high strength concrete(PHC)piles.Through the study of an engineering practice case in a large industrial park,using on-site tests and data analysis methods,it systematically researches key technologies such as optimization of pile pressing sequence,selection of mechanical equipment,pile splicing welding process and control of pile sinking parameters.The research results show that the optimized pile pressing sequence reduces the maximum surface heave in the group pile area by 28%and the settlement of surrounding buildings by 35%;the control accuracy of pile verticality is improved by 15%,and the average measured single pile bearing capacity reaches 3150 kN,exceeding the design requirement by 12.5%.The study confirms that by reasonably controlling the number of pile driving hammer blows and pile sinking rate,and strictly controlling the construction process parameters and quality inspection standards,the bearing capacity of pile foundations can be effectively improved,the pile body damage rate can be reduced,and the construction quality and safety performance of the project can be significantly enhanced.
