摘要
软土地基工程施工中,为减少地基强度不足引起的建筑工程稳定性、耐久性不足问题,可应用搅拌桩施工技术,提升地基强度。某市政工程项目为当地海绵城市建设试点区域,地质条件复杂,含多种土质。通过现场勘测后采用搅拌桩技术进行地基加固处理,通过采用精准定位、预搅下沉、合理制备水泥浆液、规范喷浆坐底与搅拌提升、重复搅拌下沉与提升等施工技术,提升了软土地基承载强度。
In the construction of soft soil foundation projects,to reduce the problems of insufficient stability and durability of construction projects caused by insufficient foundation strength,mixing pile construction technology can be applied to improve the foundation strength.Taking a municipal engineering project as an example,this project is a pilot area for local sponge city construction,with complex geological conditions and various soil types.After on-site survey,the mixing pile technology was adopted for foundation reinforcement.Through construction technologies such as precise positioning,pre-stirring and sinking,reasonable preparation of cement slurry,standardized grouting bottom sitting and stirring lifting,and repeated stirring sinking and lifting,the bearing strength of the soft soil foundation was improved.
